Refund, Cancellation & Dispute Policy

At LLeneir Group, every agreement is a commitment. We honor our word, expect our partners to do the same, and approach every challenge with fairness and principle.

1. Refunds
Because our work is tailored, strategic, and often begins immediately upon agreement, refunds are rare. However, if work has not yet begun and materials or services have not been allocated, a partial or full refund may be considered. All refund decisions are made with fairness, transparency, and mutual review.

2. Cancellations
Cancellations must be submitted in writing. Once a project has moved into active scheduling, staffing, or resource allocation, deposits and payments are generally non-refundable. This protects the time, labor, and commitments already invested.

3. Disputes
We resolve disputes through open communication first. If an issue arises:

  • Notify us immediately so we can address it directly.

  • Allow time for review, proposed solutions, and mutual agreement.
    If resolution is not possible through direct discussion, we will engage a neutral third-party mediator before considering any formal legal process.

4. Our Standard
