A Timeline in Motion on Purpose

1995 — The Spark
Inspired by the Million Man March and its call to atonement and renewal, the vision for LLeneir Group is born—anchored in a commitment to rebuild what’s been overlooked and unlock the potential that’s been suppressed.

Late 1990s – Early 2000s — Groundwork & Community Engagement
LLG’s formative years focused on grassroots organizing, education, and testing scalable models for enterprise, housing, and holistic neighborhood transformation.

2010 – 2015 — Building the Framework
We formalized our social enterprise structure—merging ethical business, environmental justice, and workforce development to build repeatable systems for principled growth.

2016 – 2019 — Program Activation & Infrastructure Growth
